But, you need to relax and take a pause, here are the few measures that can provide a helping hand in your path progress:-

1. Plan your preparations wisely
There are two kinds of people in this world: those who want to get things done and those who don’t want to make mistakes. Make a proper schedule to what are the things to be done, what matter is left out and strategies to complete a particular chapter and completion in the time. If you find any topic tough, out of your range , just don’t be afraid of it; face it with full confidence and with the believe that you will be able to do it.
• Believe in yourself
• Trust your hard work
• Do continuous efforts
• Don’t be afraid of the outcome
• Keep the cycle going

2. Listen to good music

Music connects to the soul. It is so pure and pious. It relieves all the stress and boosts the confidence. Music provides the solution to the problem. It gives energy to relax and stay calm. Music creates a positive and productive environment by elevating your mood and encouraging you to study more effectively and for longer.

3. Take a quick walk

Exercise such as walking and running boosts your brain and increases the blood flow in the body. It boosts the brain and releases all the negative thoughts from the mind. It keeps the body fit. Whenever you feel distracted from the studies take a short break and run for a while.

4. Take a proper sleep

The benefits of a proper night’s sleep can never be underestimated. Most importantly, sleep helps your brain to assimilate new knowledge into your long-term memory so that you can recall it when it comes to test day. Anyone who has tried to concentrate with half a night’s sleep can also testify to improved focus with better sleep. Sleep keeps you fresh and calm.

5. Competitions from peers

The competition lies within you. Always remember, there is always a satisfaction which comes from inside. Nothing lies in comparison with others; every child is born with a special ability which makes him/her differ from the crowd.

6. Relax yourself

Meditation plays a vital role in relaxing the mind. Meditation helps to maintain the focus and concentration. It helps in preventing the memory loss of the content during the exam. Meditation opens up a divergent window to see the different perspective of the pre-exam stress.

7. Eat healthy and frequently

Having a proper balanced diet keeps the mind healthy and fit. Brain works effectively when energy sources are provided to it. It is rightly said “a healthy mind fits for a healthy fight”. Drink lot of water to prevent dehydration; keep a bottle of water with you while studying. Eat healthy after regular intervals. Eating dark chocolate which is over 70% cocoa fights the exam stress hormone cortisol and has an overall relaxing effect on the body. Plus chocolate releases endorphins which act as a natural stress fighter.

8. Talking to the family, friends

Communication is the key to any problem. Communication establishes an emotional relationship between the speaker and the listener. Open up with your parents, friends and the people you feel comfortable with. Tell them your stresses and worries, they will provide you with the right guidance. It is a best way to lighten up your mood.

9. Free from distractions

Free yourself from the social media distractions. Try to stay away from facebook, whats app etc., during the examination tenure. These built the unnecessary pressure to the students. They waste the time and break the rhythm of the preparations. Sociability is fun – but too much of it, and too much computer time, can lead to more stress.Laugh as much as you can
Laughter is a best therapy. Laughing out loud increases the oxygen level in the blood and blood flow will therefore itself reduces the stress level. It is a best antidote for pain and depression. Laugh lightens your burdens, inspires hopes, connects you to others, and keeps you grounded, focused, and alert.
These are the ways through which one can put itself to the path progress of success and achieve new heights. Work done with free mind and relieve results in the sweetest fruit. Boards are the beautiful experience of life; everyone has their own story to tell and share. Life is beautiful journey not a destination; its road is very long, somewhere its smooth, somewhere potholes. Life is roller coaster ride of bad and good memories. So try to do good deeds and be happy in whatever you get. There is a long long way to go dear students. Before anything else be a better human being.
All the best!!!
