OLA cabs were founded by Bhavish Aggarwal and Ankit Bhati in 2010. Those were the years when the taxi service is undergoing a renaissance and expanding its path in an innovative way. Ola is an online transportation network company proceeding in a unique manner. The refund policy was highly criticized because of its technical glitches. At a primary stage, the security of the App was not up-to the satisfying standards but later rectified.

It concentrated mainly on cabs which function through App technology where the rider downloads the App and books for a ride, working similar to its competitors. This has expanded to many cities like Delhi, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad etc.

With the increase in customers, it stated OLA Auto to target even mid-segment customers too. This led to set up a thumping image even in the local market and led to the increase in its customer base.

It offers services in various segments namely Micro, Mini, Prime Play, Prime SUV, LUX(Luxury ride) and E-Rick(Rickshaw). Users can choose on their necessity and interest where safety is ensured by OLA. OLA too follows commission system of operations with the help of App technology.
